Helping people stop fearing their pain—and start trusting their bodies again.
If you're here, there's a good chance you've already tried almost everything.
Doctors. Physical therapy. Specialists. MRIs. Exercises. Supplements. Maybe injections. Maybe surgery.
You wanted answers. Instead, you were often left with more confusion, more frustration, and the feeling that your life kept getting smaller.
I know what that's like.
Long before I ever coached someone else, I became fascinated by one question:
Why do so many people continue to hurt when nothing seems seriously wrong?
That question completely changed the direction of my life.
It eventually led me to Pain Reprocessing Therapy, the work of Dr. John Sarno, modern neuroscience, and the growing body of research showing that the brain itself can create very real pain—even when the body is safe.
The more I learned, the more everything finally started making sense.
Why I do this work
The biggest change I see isn't always that someone's pain immediately disappears.
It's the moment they stop believing they're broken.
When people finally understand why their symptoms behave the way they do, fear begins to decrease.
And when fear decreases, the brain often begins changing too.
That's why I love this work.
I don't believe people need another person telling them they're broken. I believe they need someone who can help them make sense of what's happening and guide them through changing the patterns that have been keeping them stuck.
Experience
My coaching is built primarily around Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), while also drawing from TMS principles, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, attachment theory, somatic approaches, and other evidence-based mind-body methods when appropriate.
I'm currently completing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling because I believe the best coaches never stop learning.
Every client teaches me something new, and I'm committed to continually improving so I can better serve the people who trust me with their recovery.
Who I work best with
- People living with chronic pain that doesn't fully make structural sense.
- People who have spent years searching for answers but still don't have lasting relief.
- People whose symptoms move, change, flare, or seem unpredictable.
- People who are exhausted from constantly monitoring their bodies.
- People who are open to learning a completely different way of understanding pain.
Whether you've had pain for six months or thirty years, my goal is always the same:
Help you understand what's happening, reduce fear, and help your brain begin feeling safe again.
I'd love to hear your story.
Every person's pain story is different. That's why I start with a free consultation—not to convince you of anything, but to understand what you've been through and whether this approach genuinely makes sense for you.
If it does, we'll talk about what working together could look like. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.
